Design Industrial Modular Warehouse Shelving System

Project description:

Deliverable is a production ready all inclusive design for an automated warehouse shelving system with below functionality:

1. General design: warehouse grid will hold racks. Racks will hold shelves. shelves will hold product lanes. Product lanes will hold products.  Products will be pushed down the product lanes. An electronic release will dispense a product out of the lane (onto a conveyor belt).  An application/controller will notify the warehouse grid of which rack, shelf, and lane to dispense a product from.  

2. Adjustable: be able to load different size (length, width, height) products into different Product Lanes on the Shelves (height adjustable shelves and width adjustable lanes on the shelf).

3. Automatic Release: products will receive notification from an application and will need to dispense the correct amount of products out of the lane (onto conveyor).

4. Modular: be able to add additional racks, shelves, product lanes into the grid
