structural design review and construction monitoring

Project description:

I am planning to construct an independent house near Budigere road, Bangalore.

I have shortlisted builder to take up turn key end to end construction. I would like an independent structural consultant to review the designs provided by the builder and also take up site visits to monitor key construction stages. I would impartial reviews, reporting so that I can request the builder to rectify any mistakes or quality issues.
